Come and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, with the modern comfort of this recently renovated and furnished gîte! Located a few meters away, the barn, converted into an indoor swimming pool (2019) is accessible all year round. You can spend long moments with family or friends, regardless of the season! The pool is not shared with other tenants, it is entirely reserved for you! No access times! Guest access Vacationers have access to the entire gîte, it is a separate building dedicated to them. Parking in front of the cottage is possible and free. Other things to note Alençon 15 km away, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming pool, tree climbing, discovery of classified and flowered villages. We are about 3 km from Fresnay sur Sarthe, and very close to the Alpes Mancelles
