Modern and fully equipped cottage: two bedrooms, a mezzanine (3 double beds), a living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen, and a TV. Access to a private 200 m2 swimming pool area, WC and changing rooms on site, Aquabike, deckchairs, games. Parties are not allowed in the gite or pool The space Former stable, having later served as a barn, this gîte has not hosted animals since 2016 :) but vacationers! Come and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, with the modern comfort of this recently renovated and furnished gîte! Located a few meters away, the barn, converted into an indoor swimming pool (2019) is accessible all year round. You can spend long moments with family or friends, regardless of the season! The pool is not shared with other tenants, it is entirely reserved for you! No access times! Guest access Guests have access to the entire vacation rental; it is a separate building dedicated to them. Parking in front of the cottage is possible and free. No parties or events in the cottage or at the pool Other things to note Alençon 15 km away, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming pool, tree climbing, discovery of classified and flowered villages.
