Studio cabin of 27 m2, is located on the raised ground floor of a secure residence. Facing south, its balcony will allow you to enjoy sunny afternoons offering you a beautiful side view of the sea. This 27 m2 studio is located on the raised ground floor of a secure residence. Facing south, its balcony will allow you to enjoy sunny afternoons offering a beautiful sea view. Accommodation equipped for up to 4 people: ~ a foldaway bed (1 real bed 140 x 190), a bunk bed (90 x 190) and a sofa bed (120 x 190) with duvets and pillows (towels, bed sheets, fitted sheets and pillow cases not provided). ~ equipped kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, Tassimo, toaster. ~ bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer and bath mat ~ TV (80 cm) flat screen with satellite and Chromecast, Wi-Fi option and private parking ~ cleaning kit at your disposal (vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket). 2 deposit cheques will be required of €500 and €60 for the cleaning fee (returned after inventory if everything is ok). Options: cleaning package possible, Wi-Fi, disposable bed linen kit (€10), 2 adult bikes (€5/day/bike), champagne and rose petals €🍾25. For the respect and well-being of all, the accommodation is non-smoking. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the studio.
