This condo comfortably sleeps 10, with a King in the master, Queen in the 2nd, and 2 Queens in 3rd bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space! Sprawling oceanfront balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom – it’s truly a sight to see! Windy Hill Dunes is the preeminent oceanfront resort in the Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, located on historic Ocean Boulevard. Windy Hill Dunes provides guests with ample aquatic luxuries, including a large outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, and hot tub, all just footsteps from the beach. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building. ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental.
