Nestled between tranquil nature and coastal beauty, this spot promises a peaceful escape with all the sights and sounds of waterfront living. Redfish 2115 has all the comforts that anybody could want. The modern kitchen features neutrally toned granite and cabinets, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed for a cozy dinner. The primary suite in particular boasts a large bathroom with a tub, a tile walk-in shower and double vanities- you’ll feel like you’re at a high-end spa! Consider its amenities- walking trails, an expansive pool deck with four separate pools and a free seasonal shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV. The last day of Pontoon Boat service for 2025 will occur on November 30, 2025.  The Pontoon Boat service will start up again on March 1, 2026.  THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
