Per Homeowner Association rules; absolutely no tents or canopies are allowed on the beach. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. STR24-000635
