Moreover the caring owners have done an excellent job with the décor and furnishings. Calming neutral shades combined with beautiful beach paintings and accouterments echo the serenity of the Emerald Coast. Plus, the location in Miramar Beach is one to be envied with shops, Golf courses and restaurants within walking distance! Festival by day, beach by sunset — our place is conveniently near Moon Crush music festival and the shoreline. * Guest Bedroom with Queen bed must be accessed by going out back door then down to the beach level. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. Per Homeowner Association rules; absolutely no tents or canopies are allowed on the beach. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
