Description
Aserenity Glenfern Shack offers an isolated private shack/cottage on a working grazing property. Situated in the lower Wyalla district 25km north east of Nanango, serviced by bitumen road to the property grid and close to all the charm the South Burnett offers from cycling, bushwalking & fishing. There is so many adventures to enjoy with trips to BP Dam, wineries and places of interest in all the towns and districts. Or just enjoy the serenity of relaxing at Aserenity Glenfern Shack. The space This semi-eco friendly shack allows you the freedom to be detached from the rest of the world but still with the modern comforts being powered by a stand alone solar system. Be part of nature in the outdoor shower or take a stroll around the property exploring the dry rocky creek beds, the water way of Reedy Creek, venture up the highest hills for an advantage point, or just chill on the verandah drifting off into nowhere. Aserenity GlenFern is fully equipped to be your home away from home. The main living area has reverse air conditioning which also filters into the bedrooms with ceiling fans. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge and freezer. Gas stove/oven. You will be staying in our shack, with a spacious yard for your personal use. This is your space to enjoy during your stay. The rest of the property you have the privilege use of to explore hiking or on your own mountain bicycle. As a working cattle property, we may be working on the property, but at no point do we access the cottage yard during your stay. As rural people, we enjoy our guests being able to also walk/bicycle around the property, so please feel free to explore. As a working property with livestock, it is also imperative that you respect all our house rules including not driving motorized vehicles around the property - only to access and egress from the cottage, strictly no out door fires of any type and no access to the work shed. Strictly no pets/animals allowed as property under Biosecurity regulations. Guest access Your booking gives you the accommodation in the shack and the fenced outdoor yard space around the shack. The rest of the cattle grazing property you have the privilege use to explore hiking or on your own mountain bicycle. Please understand that the property is quite large and as a cattle grazing enterprise, which is a seven day a week job, we may be present working on the property during your stay. Know that at no point do we access the cottage yard without your knowledge and only if there is a major problem that we need to address ie. issue with the shack solar electricity. Other things to note It is imperative that all instructions given to you and house rules are strictly adhered to. Gates on the property must always be left how found including the gate into the shack yard. This specific gate must be kept closed at all times.
