It is centrally located with easy access to I-75/I-4. The house is within 10 minutes of Walmart, Target, Publix, St. Joseph’s Hospital, gyms, nail/hair salons, a movie theater, and numerous local restaurants. It is also about 30 minutes to Tampa Bay’s most popular venues/attractions: the Riverwalk, Sparkman’s Wharf, Hyde Park Village, and Westshore’s Business District. The Space The home is a 2020 new construction that offers plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The room has its own fire TV , the house also features , granite countertops, and a patio with outdoor furniture. It is a modern, bright, single-family home with tile in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Your private bedroom ( Queen size ) is located on the right side of The entrance . It will have a key in the doorknob lock with a custom home code for added privacy and safety during your stay. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant. The common areas , laundry room (at least 7 days) , and backyard—are yours to use! Guest Access There is private parking in the driveway and public parking on the street. Other Things to Note PLEASE READ some of the rules to know beforehand: 1. No unregistered or overnight guests are allowed on the property. 2. No pets. 3. You cannot book for anyone but yourself. (i.e., a wife booking for a husband or parent for their child). 4. No smoking on the property. 5. The shared bathroom can be shared with a person of the same or opposite sex. Please bring your own towels, bath soap, and detergent. Guest access Guests can use the patio and the common area (guests cannot use the kitchen to cook)
