It has a first floor feeling because it has windows it’s own entrance there are no stairs to enter and exit the guest suite and it’s completely renovated. Guest access Guess able to access on the back yard , used the grill , used the gym locate outside for summer time. Other things to note There is a one time fee of $70 to use the HOT TUB.
