Family Home Only 1 mile from Historic Downtown Rogers. Find serenity in this home away from home with 2,600 square feet of space to play and relax. The house is situated on 2 acres in an idyllic neighborhood where you can find a mini-adventure within a short walk, bike ride or drive. Bicyclists and boaters have convenient accessibility to explore the nearby Razorback Greenway Bike Trail and coves of Beaver Lake. The space Inspire your inner chef in the new, fully equipped kitchen. You're also welcome to test your culinary skills outside on the six-burner grill around the patio. Kick back on the multi-level deck with your favorite glass of wine or beverage. Be on the look out for the local deer and other wildlife sightings near by. At the end of the day, get cozy on the couch or take out a book for the reading nook before you enfold yourself in one of the 4 bedrooms. Families with little ones, the house is outfitted with a crib, changing table, playpen and safety gates for convenience. Also available are 2 futons, 2 rollout beds and a queen air mattress, if needed. Guest access Covered parking is available for 3 vehicles. The driveway also includes an additional space for a boat or trailer. We do ask that you have no more than 6 vehicles at the house during your stay please. Parking on the lawn is prohibited. Other things to note Please note: The basement level is currently unavailable to guests for future renovations. Overhead electric wires are more visible in the fall and winter months along the forest line in the backyard . Thoughtfulness was our inspiration and goal.
