Large and charming chalet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

Our home is located in the magnificent scenery of the Brenta Dolomites, in a wonderful setting that can be reached all year round. You will be welcomed by interiors in fine wood, the fire of the fireplace, the breathtaking views, the sounds and scents of nature. Ground floor portion of a typical mountain chalet with 3 large bedrooms (for a total of 10 beds) and 3 large bathrooms, each with a shower. You will have a private garden on 2 sides with stunning views of the surrounding peaks. Other things to note Check-in available after 4 p.m., check-out mandatory by 10 a.m. PARKING There are 2 parking spaces assigned exclusively to the accommodation: for most of the year, any additional vehicles can be parked by agreeing with our on-site collaborator, but if there are no other spaces available, it may not be possible to leave the car in the immediate vicinity of the house. WIFI AND CELLULAR NETWORK COVERAGE A Wi-Fi connection is available via Starlink. Considering the valuable and wild location of our home, the connection can be considered of a good level, however we remind you that since it is a satellite connection, it is advisable not to rely 100% if it is necessary to work in smart working, since, in certain situations (bad weather, peak hours, etc.) the connection can also slow down significantly, hindering or even preventing the normal use of navigation, streaming or other services. WOOD-BURNING FIREPLACE In the apartment, it is allowed to use firewood (not provided) to light the fireplace: it is strictly forbidden to keep the door open during operation, the adjustment of the air flow can be done by acting on the appropriate lever (left = closed air, right = maximum opening). You are also asked not to burn painted wood, cardboard, fabrics, wood with nails, etc. You can buy good quality firewood at the hardware store near the Pinzolo pine forest. PETS Please respect the normal rules of good behavior in the management of your dear furry pet... We strictly ask that you do not let it get on the sofa and beds, and to collect any excrement left in the area surrounding the accommodation, including the private garden. SMART TV In the apartment there are televisions equipped with Internet connection and on-demand services such as Amazon Prime, Netflix or Dazn: feel free to use your personal accounts to take advantage of them, but keep in mind the bandwidth limitations of the Internet connection that could affect the quality of the viewing.
