There are plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby, the closest metro station is Bailén (10-minute walk) and there is a bus stop near the building from which you can go to the City of Arts and Science, the beach, the Council Square, and all other attractions across the city. The apartment and the building are as they look in the pictures – tall ceilings with exposed bricks and wooden beams, modern furniture, and a comfortable and cozy bed.
