The space This is a complete studio presidential condo in the hillside section of the resort with king bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, living room, table for 2, and private balcony/patio with views of the ocean. Specific units are selected at the resort level so layout may vary slightly as well as view. Guest access Guests have access to all amenities at the resort and will check in with resort staff upon arrival. The name on the confirmation must be the person checking in and must at least 21 years old. Once this name has been added, it cannot be changed without an additional fee. There is an additional fee of 25$ per unit per night at this resort imposed by the Virgin Island government, this will be collected at the resort. You need to have a major credit card and driver's license to check in (A deposit will be put on hold and released when you check out), but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or personally charge something to your room. I will need a name and address to put on the reservation. You will most likely be invited to a timeshare presentation at some point, but you are by no means required to accept.
