The space The property is an old building, now renovated, where filigree jewelry and watch repair were practiced. Its name was "Rubina" like the classic watches of the 50's and 60's. Now it is an apartment with an equipped kitchen, a multifunctional bar, a comfortable living room with a smart TV, a bedroom with a king size bed and a work area, 2 full bathrooms and a dream terrace. Each of the spaces has unique details in design and decoration.
