AMATISTA apartment is located inside "Casa Martina", a space where other lofts and apartments are located. Centrally located, with restaurants, banks, pharmacies, etc. nearby. Across the avenue you can find a Walmart and you can also take any bus to the Historic Center or the beach! The space 🛌 The Amatista loft has: -King size bed - Air Conditioning -Kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your comfort - Dining room -Smart TV -Private bathroom Guest access 🌿 Common areas to enjoy Casa Martina offers a variety of shared spaces where you can relax or socialize with other guests: -Cozy living room - Pool area - Pool to cool off on hot days -Outdoor terraces perfect for reading, having a coffee or just enjoying the atmosphere 🎉 These shared spaces are ideal for socializing and creating new friendships, but you can also enjoy your privacy in your own space. Other things to note ✨ Casa Martina has steps in practically all areas: when entering the house, in the access to the pool and also to the terraces and common areas. It's a house with many slopes and stairs, so we suggest you consider it before booking. ✅ The loft is totally private, while the pool, terraces and gardens are shared with other guests. ⚠️ Important: The stove runs on gas and must be lit with matches or a lighter. We recommend bringing one. 🌞 Common areas are available from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., ideal for relaxing or socializing. 🕓 Check-in: after 4:00 P.M. 🕚 Check-out: before 11:00 am 🚭 Smoking is not allowed on the premises. 🎁 As a courtesy, a basic welcome kit with essential amenities is provided.
