I am offering an approximately 15 square meter, lovingly furnished room in my small, charming 3-room apartment for rent, which is ideal for women looking for a relaxing and quiet stay in the city. The room is furnished with a comfortable 140 cm bed, a small desk, a cozy armchair and a clothes rack for your clothes. This pretty room is located in my charming 3-room apartment in the beautiful Grindelviertel/Rotherbaum. The location is super central yet pleasantly quiet. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous great cafes, restaurants, shops, bakeries and supermarkets. The U-Bahn lines U1 (Hallerstraße) and U3 (Schlump) are within walking distance and take you quickly to many of the city's attractions. The Alster is also a short walk away. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen to make coffee or tea (everything is available for this, so feel free to help yourself) or to prepare small items. Please note that the kitchen cannot be used for extensive cooking. Unfortunately, my living room is not available for constant use, but you are welcome to sit at the dining table to eat your meal. Since I want to feel comfortable in my home, I am now directing the offer exclusively to women/FLINTA and/or couples – I hope for your understanding and look forward to your inquiry! During your stay Upon your arrival, I will warmly welcome you, gladly show you the apartment, your room and the bathroom and where to find coffee and tea in the kitchen. I usually work from home or in my coaching practice nearby, so I'm in my bedroom/study quite a bit. That's why I appreciate a quiet atmosphere. If it arises, I look forward to a nice conversation or a coffee together – quite informally - everything can, nothing has to. Your well-being is a top priority! Other things to note During the time when I am away and make my room available, I rent exclusively to women, as my daughter (17) will then be here. So, dear men, please don't be mad if I reject you!
