Built in 2014, our home is located on a quiet street in Brooklyn, and is only 30-45 mins from Manhattan. It's spacious with 2 floors, a laundry room, 3 bedrooms / 3 baths, a pool table and much more! Each room has top of the line finishes w/ local abstract art. The outside is complete with a yard, prep station & sink, BBQ, benches, tables and driveway. Our home is great for everyone - from to families to films! We are excited to make our home, your home! Inquire with questions! :) Sleep at ease - our privately owned home is a legal NYC Airbnb property! The home has a fenced yard, a private entrance and two floors separate floors. On the first floor is a dinning area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room (please inquire prior to arrival), pool table area and family area. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one of the bedrooms is a master suite. As our guest you will have access to the entire property. Our home is kept up to date and is meticulously kept after. If you would like an extra cleaning during your stay, please inquire within. On the outside of the home is a fully fenced in yard with benches and tables. In addition, there is an outside sink / prep area as well as the BBQ. Depending on the reservation, we may have a driveway available for use. Guests will have access to the whole house, front and side yard, and the BBQ area / driveway. On the day of your arrival, I will reach out to you via text with a newly updated code. For security purposes, the code is changed for each reservation. Thus, I will not be able to provide receive access until 1:30pm on the check-in date. We want our guests to feel like our home is their home. For the most part, you will see me only for check in, check out and upon request. With that being said, if there is anything you need to be more comfortable - let me know (big or small)! We have a team committed to providing you with the best experience possible - we will always be there to help! Public transportation is a short walk away (about 5 blocks or streets). We have a driveway available with advance notice. In addition, I have a promo code for Uber or Lyft that will give you anywhere from $15 - $25 off your first ride. The time to and from all major airport is dependent on traffic. It is safe to say that it will take anywhere from 20-60 mins by car from any nearby airport. *Upon booking please thoroughly read through all of the house rules. If a rule is broken, the reservation holder and their guests may be subject to penalties and/or fees. It is important to me that we have an open, honest dialogue which will help us both. There is an age requirement of 25 years + and you will be asked to show a valid, government issued ID upon arrival. FAQ: -There is a fee of $30 per person over 5 - in certain circumstances this fee may be adjusted. -On the day of check-in (around 1:30p) you will receive a text with the new access code. -We provide all the basic necessities, but we ask that you bring your own soaps. -The driveway is available for extended stays, but there is always available parking in front of the home. - All 3 bathrooms are full bathrooms - each has a tub. - Cleanings during the reservation are available upon request. - The deposit is never charged upon booking. Deposits are only charged if there is any damage found upon check out. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately, as will Airbnb.
