Parking on the drive for 4 cars, others to be parked at the pub next door. 2 large patios with seating, lawn and gardens accessed via a step. BBQ available (bring your own coals) Tables and chairs for Al Fresco dining. Other things to note • Everyone is welcome! • Up to 4 dogs too. • This house can sleep up to 15 in 8 bedrooms in our spacious accommodation. • We have a single ground floor bedroom off the kitchen + a family room up 2 steps from the main hall. • Ground floor shower room We still believe it's necessary for enhanced cleaning and preparation of the house, so arrival is from 5.00pm and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure. As a software connected Host to Chargeautomation we have the right to request a security deposit of £200 This will be requested 24 hours prior to your stay, is not actually 'taken' but blocked. It is returned a few days after you leave so long as everything is left as found This will be made via a third party site and a credit card will be required as pre-authorization
