Fryderyk Room n.4 is a separate room in a private apartment located in the heart of Warsaw, which is the biggest advantage - near Plac Konstytucji, and a few minutes on foot from the Palace of Culture and Science. The room is located in the flat which is on the third floor (there's no elevator) in a climatic pre-war tenement house in the center of Warsaw. Staying with us, you will have the opportunity to be in the center of everything worth seeing in Warsaw. The space The room does not have a private bathroom, but you can use the shared bathroom where you will find 3 lockable showers and two toilet cabins. In the room we provide: - a set of bed linen and one spare - towels (2x 50cmx100cm or 1x 70cmx140cm) per person - kettle - coffee / tea / cups - toilet paper - one pot and one pan (in the common area) What we do NOT provide: - internet - shampoos and soaps; - food; - air conditioning, - kitchen cloth, - cleaning during the stay. Guest access If you want to check in after midnight and you are afraid that you will not be able to find an apartment you can use the "phone night standby" option of one of our hosts. If you want to use this option, you should report it in advance and pay an additional fee of 100 PLN, and then you can rest assured that we will be available for you in case of any problems. During your stay CHECK-IN is very convenient - from 4 p.m. the key is waiting for you in a special box located at the door of the apartment, while CHECK-OUT is until 10 a.m. If you have any questions, WE PREFER CONTACT MAINLY VIA THE AIRBNB PLATFORM. IN URGENT CASES TELEPHONE CONTACT IS POSSIBLE EVERY DAY BETWEEN 9 a.m.- 12 a.m. (midnight). Other things to note - Smoking is strictly forbidden in the flat and in the whole facility! Any traces of violation of this prohibition (cigarette butts in the bin, ashes in the room or on the windowsill, cigarette butts in jars, smell of tobacco smoke, burns) are subject to a fine of 250PLN. If evidence is found, no excuses on the part of the guests will be taken into consideration. - Quite at night from 10 p.m. - 200 PLN fee for breaking the house rules. - It is possible to issue a VAT invoice (8%) - if you need it, please inform us right after making the reservation - On the day of departure, guest should leave the apartment not later than at 10:00 am, otherwise the guest is obliged to pay a 200 PLN penalty fee (unless the guest has agreed different with the host before).
