This home is located in an ideal central location, a block from Wesleyan University, within a mile of Main Street, and less than a five minute drive to numerous grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. When you want a laid back night, the 0.3 acre backyard serves as a great location for gatherings. The monthly rent includes your furnished room, WiFi, utilities, washer and dryer, and a fully appointed kitchen. Guest access The guests can access all the common areas, which include two kitchens, two bathrooms, a living room and dining room. During your stay I live in the residence so if any issue arises I will be able to address it in a very timely manner. Other things to note There is free street parking, making it an ideal location for a variety of individuals in particular Wesleyan graduate students, business professionals, and traveling nurses.
