We invite you to stay in our stylish, cosy, newly renovated communal apartment in the heart of the old city, Petrogradsky district. 90 square meters apartment includes 5 separate rooms. Each room is rented separately and is designed to accommodate 1-2 guests. 3rd floor, no elevator, windows overlook the classic courtyard-well. We designed and renovated the apartment by ourselves to make sure it retains its style, atmosphere and unique details: brick walls, old chimneys, oak doors, wiring. The space Each room has a bunk bed, private fridge, hangers, mirror, fresh bed linen and towels. The room looked with the key. Guest access Guests have access to fully equiped kitchen with the bar counter, bean bags and wide window sill where you can sit in the evenings and enojing your glass of wine. In the kitchen you will find all the neccessary equipment for home cooking, coffe and tea, microwave, kettle , plates, mugs, dishes and cutlery. We wanted to make your stay as comfortable as possible and installed filtered water tank. Guest also have access to shared bathroom equiped with overhead shower with great water pressure, two hand wash basins and washing machine with dryer.
