Nestled quietly in Madrid's heart, beside the Royal Palace, the apartment offers a serene escape. Take in breathtaking city and landscape views from the intimate rooftop terrace enveloping the apartment. With its industrial-chic aesthetic, it features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Most of Madrid's attractions are within walking distance. Note: Though technically on the fifth floor, the apt is reachable by climbing only four flights of stairs. There is no elevator The space The apartment combines the rustic feel of ancient terracotta floors and exposed hardwood with the industrial feel of cement walls and steel electrical conduits, and vintage furnishings. Other things to note HOUSE RULES 1. NUMBER OF GUESTS Only guests included in your reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment. Additional guests must be communicated before arrival, and the reservation must be updated accordingly 2. NO PARTY Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden. 3. NO SMOKING Smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden. 4. QUIET HOURS Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. 5. SECURITY Ensure the building door is shut when entering or exiting. Make sure all windows and the main door of the apartment are closed when you leave. 6. KEY HANDOVER At CHECK-IN, you will receive 2 sets of keys. Both sets must be returned at CHECKOUT. If a set is missing, a €70 fee will be charged 7. CHECK-IN REGULAR CHECK-IN: between 3 PM and 9 PM. EARLY OR LATE CHECK-IN: available upon request with the following fees: EARLY CHECK-IN - Before 9AM: €50 - Between 9AM and 12PM: €40 - Between 12PM and 2PM: €30 LATE CHECK-IN - Between 9 PM and 12 AM: €30 - After 12 AM: €40 CHECKOUT PROCEDURE A few days before arrival you will receive the House Manual and the check-in instructions. I will try to meet you at check-in. When I cannot, one of my assistants will check you in. You will pay any extra service you have requested (early/late check-in and/or late checkout) in cash upon arrival. 8. CHECKOUT REGULAR CHECKOUT: by 11 AM LATE CHECKOUT POLICY Late checkout is available upon request, with fees as follows: Until 2:00 PM: €30 Until 4:00 PM: €50 Until 6:00 PM: €70 Until 7:00 PM: €80 Until 8:00 PM: €90 PLEASE NOTE: Even when late checkout is confirmed, it remains subject to availability and may depend on the check-in requirements of incoming guests. CHECKOUT PROCEDURE I will try to meet you at checkout.
