lovely quiet single room

Lovely apartment with ethnic decor, sunny and with all you need. Fully equipped kitchen, internet, library, tv... You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes, or you can take a bus that goes down from the bottom of my road, it takes about 5 minutes to the centre. My area is very quiet, leafy, you will feel as if you are in a forest as its so quiet. Lovely walking areas around. There is a 30 meters hill and a few steps to access the house. Registration Number:SS00256 The space This is a two bedroom apartment. Guest access Please bear in mind there is a small hill to access the house. Not possible to get to the door by car. The bus stop is about 5 minutes away, and the last part to get to the house, is a 100 or so meter hill and a few steps. A bus to the centre takes about 7 minutes. You can walk and it takes about 20 minutes. The area is at the bottom of Monte Ulia, so it is very quiet and leafy. The use of the kitchen is only for stays longer that 2 weeks. However ok to make light breakfast for shorter stays. During your stay The use of the kitchen is only for breakfast. For longer stays you can use the kitchen. Other things to note Please don´t forget there is a hill to reach the house.
