Lovely Cottage in Beautiful Berkshire near Ascot

Barn style Cottage at Steeple View, accommodates up to 5 people. Newly refurbished, surrounded by beautiful countryside. There are NO Facilities for charging electric vehicles. If taking a monthly or long term rental a weekly or fortnightly cleaner is available on request and at cost. They will change bedding, provide fresh towels, empty bins, clean thoroughly throughout either whilst you are there or when you have left for a few hours; whichever is preferred. The space A cozy cottage in a picturesque setting approached by a private road. This is a perfect spot for access to Windsor, Ascot, Reading and a short drive from Heathrow Airport. Close to the racecourses at Windsor, Ascot and Kempton Park, as well as easy drives to Legoland, Lapland, Liquid Leisure and Thorpe Park. Fancy watching some polo? Less than 10 minutes from the Royal Berkshire Polo Club and The Guards Polo club is a 15 minute drive. Swinley forest or Windsor Great Park are great for cycling, dog walking or just exploring. Two double bedrooms - the upstairs one is divided into two single beds with another fold away single bed, unless otherwise requested, and a spacious open-plan sitting room/kitchenette. Ample secure parking behind gates, CCTV on site. Peloton bike available at own risk and on request, much have own login, Guest access Gated entrance, fob or unique code given on arrival. Parking for one car outside the cottage. Sadly, currently no charging facilities or provisions for EV’s. Horses exercised daily when on site, guineas, a cat and security dogs onsite. Please ignore the White German Shepherd completely - no touching or reaching out to stroke. The yellow Labrador and Black German Shepherd however, love cuddles and pets! Heating throughout for those chiller nights, or oscillating fans for those warm evenings. Sadly due to damage the on site play area is no longer available but there is a play park within walking distance on Osbourne Lane, opposite the Plough and Harrow pub, where you’ll also find some decent food. It is also dog friendly! Other things to note Berkshire waste is divided into: Recycling - tins, paper, cardboard, milk containers, plastic food trays, plastic (nb, NO GLASS). Landfill - everything else excluding food waste which must be separated Food waste - into the grey food/compost bin (cooked food, meat, bread, peelings, fruit, teabags, vegetables, leftovers. Glass - To be placed in the garage next to the place. Recycling (Blue) and Landfill (green) bins are located just outside the entrance. We charge an additional £15 per night for the first dog, £10 for each additional dog with a maximum of two dogs for additional cleaning between guests. Adult and/or child games available on request. No parties allowed, under 25’s must have profile with reviews or parents/guardians guarantee and contact details with verified ID. Smart TV is available but you must have our own login if you have a TV subscription such as Netflix, Disney+, etc. We re not responsible for login or logout of accounts.
