Cancellation/Alteration Policy *We understand that sometimes plans may change. However, please note that any requests for alterations that fall outside of the full refund window, as detailed in our cancellation policy, unfortunately cannot be accommodated. 2. Extended Stay (28 Days or Longer) *Rates are all-inclusive but have a PHP 10,000 capped rate for electricity consumption. This amount should be sufficient for a 30-day period of normal and responsible consumption. Any excess consumption beyond this cap should be shouldered by the guests. 3. Off-Street Parking * Off-street parking is available for this property, free of charge for homeowners and guests. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis. You can park anywhere along Lily Street, following left/one side parking, or behind Palo Verde Resort’s free parking space. From there, you can walk back through the alley across from the parking space. NOTE: Important Notice to Homeowners and Guests: Please be aware that any “DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY” or “NO PARKING HERE” signs placed on gates or properties within the subdivision are not officially recognized and do not apply to the subdivision’s rules and regulations. Both homeowners and guests have equal rights to park on the left side of the street. The street is public, and no homeowner has exclusive rights to the portion in front of their property. 4. SMOKING POLICY: *Smoking is only allowed outside of the house or at the carport. * Be aware that there are smoke alarms installed inside the house. 5. Emergency Lights and Rechargeable Fans • There are two rechargeable stand fans with lights (one in each bedroom), ready to use as a backup during power outages. • Emergency lights are automatically turned on during power outages.
