Experience old Florida charm with modern comforts in our intimate backyard oasis. *dogs on premises The space Welcome to our enchanting 96 sq ft tiny house, a sustainable, cozy retreat designed with artistic flair and thoughtful details. Nestled in a lush backyard oasis, it offers a unique and intimate getaway experience. On the ground level, a twin sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. The area is equipped with a 32" smart TV and strong Wi-Fi , ensuring entertainment and connectivity. Despite it's compact size, the kitchenette is well-equipped for basic culinary needs. It includes an induction cooktop, retro microwave, water purifier, and a min retro fridge. Enjoy complimentary Coffee with fresh grounds and creamer provided. The loft features a full-sized bed adorned with organic bedding, creating a snug sleeping area. Accessible by a steep ladder, it's a cozy nook for restful nights. Note: The ladder's position requires coordination with the use of the ground level sleeper sofa. May not be suitable for everyone Experience the unique "shathroom" which combines a shower and a bathroom. It features a rain shower head for a relaxing experience and a natures head composting toilet aligning with the sustainable theme of the house. Step into the secluded screened in porch nestled between pines and bamboo. It's furnished with a tabletop fire bowl, perfect for cozy evenings. The shared backyard houses a heated pool. Bc it’s in our backyard we consider it shared but when you’re here it’s your private pool. Guest access You will have street parking and a private entrance to access the home. Key code will be given prior to your stay. Other things to note The property includes beach cruisers for local exploration. Be mindful of packing, as space is limited. jIf you have large luggage we have a storage bin outside to use. The compost toilet requires careful use with provided instructions. Pool heating is available upon request. Please give us 24 hours notice to get it up to temperature. . If you’d like to go to the dock we have the keys, you’re also welcome to borrow fishing equipment. Fire pit instructions are in the house manual. IMPORTANT: when using the sleeper part of the sofa, the ladder to get to the loft needs to be moved to the side. Therefore the guests on the loft can’t come down unless pullout is tucked back away! **please be sure you can use a ladder
