Cozy Modern Cabin on the Kettle River with Hot Tub

This modern cabin is located on 390 feet of the beautiful Kettle River. The river is well known for its great tubing, canoeing and kayaking. There is a gas fireplace, hot tub and WiFi. The newer hot tub can seat 6. Large expansive deck with seating. Bon-fire pit and a large gas grill. The cabin is updated and very comfortable. Linens are Pottery Barn and Kitchen Aid appliances! Washer and dryer. Seven acres of woods with deer and bird feeders for the wildlife. This cabin is amazing!! The space This newer charming modern cabin is located on 390 feet of the beautiful Kettle River. The river is well known for its great tubing, canoeing and kayaking. Located just 7 miles west of interstate 35 and 40 miles south of Duluth or an hour and a half north of the Twin Cities Metro. The cabin can sleep up to four comfortably, 6 if you count the newer pull out couch. Tents and campers welcome if you need additional sleeping. There is a Heat and Glo gas fireplace and high speed Wifi that streams well. The outdoor hot tub can seat 6 and is a newer CalSpa tub or sit on the large expansive deck with comfortable seating. Some features are a bon-fire pit and a large gas grill for grilling. The cabin is updated and very comfortable. Most linens are Pottery Barn and the appliances are Kitchen Aid! Washer and dryer too. Around the 7 acres of woods are deer feeders and lots of bird feeders for the wildlife. Guest access Very private setting on the river. Seven wooded acres with a gorgeous green lawn! Plenty of parking down a long gravel driveway through the forest. Other things to note This is our personal Cabin. Feel free to help yourself to anything you find. All we ask is that if you use it, replace it before you leave.
