There’s a kettle / drinks tray too. The space Magic of Avalon is a boutique guesthouse with up to four bedrooms available, all of which have extremely comfortable beds. It is a detached house with a large, mature, delightful garden and first floor balcony with stunning views. Downstairs is open plan living – kitchen, dining and living room with stunning views. Fast Wifi throughout house. Enjoy the shared balcony, where early risers have the possibility of enjoying the morning mists of Avalon and the sunrise from this special spot. It’s a magical experience. The house is also let out for retreats and whole house rentals too. For this reason, the calendar for rooms is not opened up until a few months beforehand, so if you are looking to book a room longer term and the space does not seem to be available, it can be worth sending a message to check. Guest access As well as their bedroom, guests can access the shared balcony and the living area – open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. You are encouraged to enjoy the beautiful garden too. Other things to note Free parking is available on the street outside. Fruit/muesli breakfast included too. Nestled into Wearyall Hill on a peaceful road, The Roman Way, it’s just 12-15 mins walk from the town centre yet with a garden and views that bring you directly into nature and the magic of Avalon. Drive to town in 2-3 mins. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the High Street and Chalice Well; 8-minute walk to The Red Brick and ZigZag Buildings and excellent restaurant, The Old Tannery. Beautiful countryside walks are on the doorstep too – the River Brue, Wearyall Hill and the site of the Holy thorn bush, Bridie’s Mound pilgrimage site and we are on the new circular walking path, the Glastonbury Way.
