Here I offer a 18sq guest room in my Apartment. The Apartment is around 150qm, has 5 rooms and is located very central, in the oldtown Oststadt, 2 min from Wasserturm and Rosengarten and around 5 min (by bike) to the university or train station, a great variety of bars, restaurants and shopping as well as the river Neckar and the park 'Luisenpark' is in walking distance. Guest access The guest room including balcony is for you alone... the fully equipped kitchen-living room with large dining table, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave and all the available odds and ends..., guest toilet, bathroom with bathtub as well as washing machine and dryer you are welcome to share 🙂 During your stay I live in the house myself and if I am not traveling or around the corner in one of the many cafés for an after-work drink... I am usually there and greet you personally :-) Our daughter lives in the apartment as well as possibly 1-2 other guests Other things to note It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Since the room may not be rented out again immediately afterwards, a fee of 200 euros is payable.
