Family Tides at The Bay, sleeps 5-6 in 2 bedrooms

Beautifully furnished 2 bed cottage at The Bay Filey. Plenty of room for 5-6 guests plus baby (but max 4 adults). Ideal for a family holiday on an award-winning holiday park on the Yorkshire coast. There's a free pool and gym, onsite pub, cafe (seasonal opening), shop, pharmacy, playground, meadows/lakes, football pitch, boules courts, table tennis, arcade, beauty room and more! Fun for all the family! Activities also bookable (fees apply). The space Enter into the hall, with a cloakroom (toilet and sink) off to the right. The open plan living space is great for a family holiday. There's an L shaped kitchen, dining table for 6 guests, 2 large sofas and smart TV. Bifold doors open onto the patio with seating for 6 plus additional bistro table and chairs to place in the afternoon sun if required. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath/shower over. There's a kingsize bedroom with Juliette balcony and TV. The other bedroom has full size bunks and single bed, so ideal for children. If you have extra adults staying, then we do have a sofa bed in the lounge for one or two guests, but please note it is max 4 adults and max 6 guests altogether. We now have a tall fridge-freezer (not on the photos), ideal if a larger family are staying. Guest access Parking is available in bays behind the property and across the road at the front (first come first served and free). You may park and unload at the front of the house but must move the car afterwards as this can cause issues as the road is the main road in and out of the Bay. Other things to note Dogs are welcome, max 2. The gardens are communal so you will need to keep your dogs under control. We provide a barrier for the patio which is handy if your dogs are small.
