Cowes cafes/restaurants are a short drive away. The Shearing Shed wedding venue is 1km away. Ocean Escape is a perfect base to explore Phillip Island. The space Ocean Escape is a private guest suite in the wing of the main home, walking distance to Smiths Beach Phillip Island. It has a separate private entrance and no access to the rest of the house so it's completely private. This Phillip Island accommodation is pet friendly by prior arrangement (please ask upon booking, extra $20 charge applies for pets). It consists of one bedroom with queen bed (2 guests max) and a private bathroom and kitchenette. Enjoy a private courtyard (fully fenced) with a garden table/chairs to soak up the sun. A fire pit will warm you up during the evening if you wish to gaze at the stars. Perfect for singles or couples. A baby cot can be provided upon request. It includes tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge, microwave and cooking plate. A dog bed and bowls are also provided for the furry guests :). This is a perfect base to explore all of Phillip Island has to offer. Smiths Beach- the Natural Surfing Reserve is an easy 10 min stroll away with surf board hire and lessons at your finger tips as well as the Smiths Beach Bar and Food place. The Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit is only 1km away. The Shearing Shed wedding venue is only 1km from the suite too. Phillip Island Penguin Parade is a 10 min drive. Free parking and wi-fi is a bonus too. Cowes restaurants and shops an easy 5 min drive away. Co-hosts Gosia and Janusz live in the main part of the home. Guest access Guests have access to the private guest suite with its own private entrance, private bathroom, private kitchenette and private courtyard. The rest of the house is occupied by co-hosts, however they won't bother you unless you wish to chat. Other things to note Kasia is the administrative host, co-hosts Gosia and Janusz live on the property. PETS - We are pet friendly however by prior arrangement, so please ask upon booking. $20 pet fee applies per booking. We kindly request pets be kept off bedding and furniture and please pick up and dispose of your doggie's droppings upon departure. Thank you :) Other pets do live on the property so please close gates behind you at all times. GUEST NUMBERS - Strictly 2 people max + 1 baby that can fit into a portacot. Extra people or more than 2 cars cannot be accommodated. Thank you.
