'Out the Back' - Annexe for 2 with its own hot tub

Our Self contained annexe for two with its own hot tub is a great place to get away to unwind. Its small and cosy but has everything you would need with a king size bed in the mezzanine bedroom. Its only 500 metres from Crooklets Beach where there is a lovely beach cafe and pubs and restaurant. Bude town centre is a short walk away. The space Built with two in mind. Out the back is detached self contained annexe built in a modern and contemporary style. Downstairs is an open plan living area with flat screen smart TV and a kitchen area complete with fan oven, built in microwave, fridge with ice box and a dishwasher. The heating is cosy under floor heating. There is also a bathroom room with raindrop shower. The patio doors open out on to your own small private patio complete with your own private hot tub for two, patio table and an outdoor heated shower. Upstairs is a mezzanine bedroom with king size bed and flat screen smart TV. Free WIFI. Out the back has its own separate entrance down the dusty back lane. It's a quite well hidden In fact you wouldn't know it there if you weren't told. We usually meet guests at the B&B and then direct them round to the back. Other things to note The hot tub is for your use only its not shared with anyone else. Its not under cover as we think its nice to look up at the stars. Yes, you can go in a hot tub in the rain. Come rain or shine, sleet or snow, you can enjoy the benefits of the hot tub. In fact, the only weather condition that should make you think twice about taking a dip should be thunderstorms There is a spot right next to annexe where you can unload. . You can then park on the street (Summerleaze Avenue) which is about 50 metres from the annexe and is normally really easy to park. We normally find guests park up for their stay and tend not to use the car as everything is walking distance.
