The space On the GROUND FLOOR there is a large living room with an exit door to a warm and spacious terrace, air conditioning and lots of light. A huge 75-inch TV where you can enjoy Netflix, Prime Video, Rakuten or play a game with the PlayStation and the large number of games in the house available to guests. The living room, with simple and cozy decor, has a beautiful dining table with chairs and comfortable sofas. Our comfortable, fully equipped kitchen is perfect if you want to unleash your culinary talents. With appliances, utensils and a table where you can have breakfast if you wish. It has a microwave, Crock Pot, electric juicer, blender, coffee maker, kettle and any appliance you may need. Basic cooking utensils, as well as pans, pots, express pots, paella pan... On the SECOND FLOOR there is a huge attic with air conditioning, windows and fully furnished with a double bed, a sitting area with a coffee table, sofa, armchairs and television and at the other end of the attic there is another single bed with a work area with a desk and chair, so you can work from home and make video calls. This same room has a folding bed, which, when requested well in advance of the guests' arrival, can be left with the bed ready for use (if we are not informed, the bed will be folded so as not to take up space) Guest access It is a gated and very quiet housing development. There is an indoor parking space, but outside there is free parking in case you bring more than one car.
