Plus, each floor has a bedroom and bathroom, giving your family plenty of space to relax. Vacation like a local: We also offer free, personalized itineraries tailored to your interests, just ask! The space Highlights: In-unit washer/dryer, fast WiFi, and family-friendly items (pack 'n play, booster chair, kids' dinnerware, games, blackout shades) Bedrooms & Sleeping: You'll find two private bedrooms, one on each floor, both furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed. For additional guests, the downstairs living room includes a queen-sized sofa bed. Kitchen & Dining: The updated kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary adventures. We provide coffee, tea, and cooking basics like spices and olive oil. You'll have everything you need, including pots, pans, plates, and silverware. Entertainment: The cabin has two separate living areas. Enjoy two TVs where you can log into your own streaming apps (like Netflix or Hulu), or choose from our collection of DVDs, games, and puzzles. The downstairs family room also features a foosball table for some friendly competition. Outdoor Deck: Step outside onto the beautiful deck, furnished with chairs for you to relax and soak in the scenic mountain views. In the summer, you'll be delighted by the hummingbirds that frequent our feeders. Guest Access: Enjoy the convenience of self check-in and access to the entire cabin, with the exception of the loft and one locked owner's closet. Your stay includes parking for a maximum of two vehicles in the driveway. As our guest, you will also have special access to two private lakes just down the road. We provide two fishing badges for you to use during the summer months. The Neighborhood Nestled at 10,200 feet and surrounded by pine trees, our cabin offers a true Rocky Mountain experience. The area is a paradise for adventurers, with endless trails for hiking and prime spots for fishing in the nearby private lakes. In winter, the landscape transforms into a snowy wonderland, with renowned ski resorts within easy reach. Getting Around A reliable vehicle is essential for accessing the property. The cabin is reached via gravel roads that can be covered in snow and ice during the colder months. From October through May, a 4WD vehicle or an AWD vehicle with snow tires is mandatory. This is for your safety and is strictly required. Important Information To ensure you have a wonderful and safe stay, please note the following: Personalized Itineraries: To help you make the most of your trip, we offer complimentary, personalized itineraries. Let us know your interests, and we'll help you plan your adventures, saving you valuable time and making your trip stress-free. High Altitude: The cabin sits at an elevation of 10,200 feet. If you are prone to altitude sickness, this may not be the best fit for you. Accessibility: Please be aware that there are stairs leading to the front door and another set of stairs inside to access the main living area and kitchen. This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with an exterior security camera. Winter Snow: We get about 300 inches of snow each year, creating a beautiful but challenging environment. Please come prepared for winter conditions. Registration Number: STR25-020 Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cabin excluding the loft and one locked owner's closet. You’ll also have access to both private lakes nearby. If you plan to fish you are allowed to borrow our fishing badges in the summer. There is a driveway to park your vehicle (2 car maximum). Other things to note *** A 4WD vehicle (or AWD with snow tires) is a must for getting to the cabin from October-May. *** Things to note: - You will have to travel on gravel roads which can be covered in snow/ice depending on the time of year which is why we require 4WD or AWD + snow tires from Oct - May - Our cabin sits at 10,200 feet above sea level. If you're prone to altitude sickness this area may not be the best fit for you. - We have stairs leading to the front door and another set of stairs inside the cabin to gain access to the main living area and kitchen.
