The "Mädchenzimmer" apartment: small but nice in the Leistenow manor house with English landscape park. If you will be traveling a lot, you can look forward to this bright and warm apartment in the evening, where you can feel wonderfully comfortable. Here you can prepare a delicious portion of pasta in the evening and then drink a glass of wine in the "Lichthof", an open common area. In spring you have a direct view of the stork's nest and can watch Master Stork build his nest. The space The apartment is equipped with a kitchen-living room, in which there is a double bed and the dining area, and another small bedroom with children's beds. The two rooms are connected by a staircase. A small shower room with toilet can be reached from the eat-in kitchen. In the bedrooms we have no curtains but only fabrics to darken the windows! Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is not always stable, so the apartment is only partially suitable as a home office. Outside the apartment there is an open living area with sofas and endless children's toys. Please use this only from 9 am and pay attention to the other guests in the house. In our house you can read history and corresponding traces of time. If you like that, you will feel comfortable here. Edit Guest access You enter the house in the basement through a side entrance and climb the stairs to the upper floor. Other things to note Getting around Leistenow is a tiny village with few inhabitants, where a baker's car gets lost three times a week: Tue, Thu and Sat around 10-11 am. We have fresh game on offer. Shopping is 11 km away in Demmin. Here there is a very good small health food store, a private baker with the delicious, double-baked rye mixed bread and the relevant supermarkets. In the neighboring village of Utzedel, 2 km away, there is a train station with regular connections to Berlin and Stralsund/Island of Rügen. Leistenow is located in a terminal moraine landscape where you can take a wonderful walk. Historical avenues, mixed forest, meadows, surprising elevations and lots of game delight nature lovers. Cranes, red kites, herons and storks can be observed right by the house. Small and larger bicycle tours lead to the surrounding area, former estate villages with small and larger churches or to the Tollensetal.
