In the heights of the antique city of Byblos, discover this splendid freshly refurbished and fully equipped stylish apartment. It has a wonderful mountain and see view, and while it is situated in a quiet green area, it is only a 20 minute walk to a sand beach, and to the old city of Byblos. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom. A private parking spot is included. In the direct vicinity, all shops and services are available Other things to note Upon Check-In, host will welcome and submit the keys to the tenant and gives him a small tour of the apartment on how to operate everything. Upon check-out, tenant shall resubmit the keys to the host in person and allows for some moments to double check the whole apartment before departure. Check-in time is usually between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Exceptions may occur upon request and depending on host availability. An extra cost of 25$ will be added for an earlier or later check-in outside the above mentioned timing range. Check-out time is at 11:00 am. An extra cost of 25$ will be added to any later check-out time in case it is possible. In addition, an extra charge of 25$ will be applied in case of a very early check-out between midnight and 8:00 am. Short stay booking requests shall be granted approval only 10 days prior to check-in. For one or two guests checking in, one bedroom will be closed and locked during the stay. For two guests booking, the tenants shall choose between 2 single size beds or 1 king size bed. (This applies for stays less than 28 nights). For three guests checking in, the two bedrooms will be accessible and the total booking will be considered as a four guests reservation. (This applies for stays less than 28 nights). Any reservation wishing to access the two bedrooms will be considered as a four guests reservation. (This applies for stays less than 28 nights). Tenants, during their stay, may demand an extra cleaning of the full house (monitored and operated exclusively by the host) including change of the bed sheets/covers. Electricity is provided 24/24 and UPS for Wifi to avoid internet cuts. The generator fees are already included in the stay fees however if the conumption exceeds 10Kw / day, the tenant shall pay for the extra consumption difference.
