Charming 2 bed villa with pool near Uzès

Lovingly renovated family home with stylish garden and private pool in a sleepy village in the south of France, just 10 minutes from the popular market town of Uzès. The house is private, quiet and fully equipped, with the loving company of two cats, whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a sporting break (with the 'Garrigues' forest literally on the doorstep for joggers and cyclists) or a pleasant family holiday in a sunny spot. It can fit 4 people, but 3 will be more comfortable. The space The large, airy spaces and abundance of glazing give the living spaces the sense of being in the garden, with 2 comfortable bedrooms and separate utility and reading rooms, this large house gives you plenty of space to spread out and relax. The garden is equally comfortable, with ping-pong and a pool and lots of different areas to relax and enjoy the nature and the calm of this charming village. Guest access This a standalone private house with a large driveway that comfortably accommodates two cars, with an outdoor socket for charging an EV (note, there is no actual charging point - just access to an electrical supply). The garden is entirely private and at the disposition of the guest. Entry is provided via a key safe. Other things to note We have 3 cats, 1 of them comes away with us in the summer, as we leave for longer, 2 remain as they don't travel well. They are outdoor cats mostly, especially in summer, the house is fitted with catflaps, therefore there is no litter tray to deal with, however we will kindly ask guests to fill their catbowls with crockets and that water bowls are replenished, they are very low maintenance! They are very friendly, the white one is very shy, therefore you may see him sporadically and probably will come and eat when the road is clear!! The black is much more cuddly, none scratch ever, they are very docile! Pool is not fenced, good swimmers only!
