Located in a small and quiet rural area just outside the town of Ponteareas, it is framed within the Metropolitan Area of VIGO (Rías Baixas). Its prime location near the highway provides excellent access to this city and other points of interest, mainly to the BEACH areas. The house, built on a hill overlooking the mountain, has two terraces, a garden with a covered barbecue (wood and/or charcoal, which we provide), a playground and, in addition, for SUMMER, a small pool. It is not dangerous, so the little ones can get in and out without getting hurt, and those who are not so little can also cool off while they are in the house. Due to the weather in this area and the characteristics of the property, we leave both the garden furniture and the small POOL in place during the two main summer months: JULY AND AUGUST. However, if it's already warm enough in June and/or if guests REQUEST it, WE USUALLY set it up by MID-TO-LATE JUNE, leaving it in place UNTIL EARLY SEPTEMBER. In addition, there are many places to cool off in the area, as there are several river beaches, the most famous and important being "A FREIXA" beach, with its own recreational area (tables, restaurants, etc.). Thanks to its features, with two (2) full bathrooms and six (6) beds (two (2) double beds and four (4) single beds, which, regardless of the decor, are equally suitable for children and adults), it is ideal for comfortably accommodating eight (8) people (adults/children). If you are coming with one or two babies up to about 2 years old, we have cribs, so we do not count them as spaces and it is not necessary to include them in the reservation. However, you must notify us in advance so that we can have them ready, as well as the rest of the children's furniture (high chairs, baby bath, extra bed, etc.). Regarding the Loft (Bedroom 2), you should note that, although you have to access it through Bedroom 1, the discreet layout of both spaces makes them independent bedrooms. In addition, to avoid accidents, no appliance inside the house is gas-powered, there is no fireplace, and smoking is not allowed anywhere inside. (Considering people with this habit, it is allowed outside on the TERRACES set up for this purpose, but always with caution.) However, please note that the property IS NOT RENTED BY THE HOUR, and that any type of EVENT must be low-key, without people coming and going, and without exceeding the maximum capacity (it's fine for one or two additional people to come during the day, but it's not allowed for anyone other than the registered guests to stay overnight). Do not exceed the maximum allowed capacity of 8 people, because if the authorities carry out an inspection, everything must match what was registered upon entering the property. Take the utmost care at all times and do not cause any damage (DO NOT ATTACH DECORATIONS TO THE WALLS OR FURNITURE THAT COULD CAUSE MARKS). When you leave, everything must be in its place, and any leftover decorations must be removed.
