Being very close to Nuvali, CALAX and Laguna Technopark while being in the midst of exclusive communities, accessibility and convenience are not sacrificed for privacy. The balance of space for dining, kitchen, bed and living areas gives you all types of activity options with ample comfort. A 5-in-1 minimalist leather stool allows guests to expand or contract the living and dining areas as they choose adding flexibility for group activity. A fully functional kitchen complete with appliances such as range hood, rice cooker, induction cooker, coffee maker, water heater and cookware - pot/pan and cooking utensils, gives guests the option to cook their own dishes. As an added benefit, the unit’s strategic location just off CALAX (Cavite-Laguna Expressway) Nuvali Boulevard exit, reduces travel time and gives our guests more convenience, and best access, freeing more time for business or leisure. Guest access Pools for adults and children are available for access without extra charge. Other things to note The property management security requirements include submission of identity documents - Philippine gov’t IDs (UMID, Driver’s license, passport), Employee ID, etc. strictly passports for foreigners; and health requirements such as vaccination cards or negative RT-PCR test results. These documents need to be submitted 2 weekdays prior your stay. If any of these weekdays are holidays this would need to be added to the 2-day processing period. We reserve the right to refuse last minute bookings if these documents are not submitted in time. No washing machine provided but laundromats are available on the ground floor. Paid parking is available across the street on an outdoor parking lot. Parking is P20 for first 3 hours and P10 per hour thereafter. Overnight parking (12 hours) for P100.00.
