Kesäranta-luxurious cottage experience by the sea

Visit Villa Kesäranta for authentic, yet luxurious cottage experience at the Finnish Archipelago. Located by the sea with own sand beach and own pier for boats. Main house in use is about 180m2. For any questions and options not listed here, just contact us. The space The villa is fully equipped to accommodate 10-11 people. On the main floor there are 4 bedrooms, big kitchen, dining area and big living room that has double sofa bed. In addition to the Sauna in the main house, there is Beach Sauna, hot tub and exceptional glass summer kitchen building with barbeque. Availability of the extra Sauna, hot tub and summer kitchen may vary, depending on seasons and other conditions. This is already considered in the daily price. The main house has 2 WC, 1 shower and 1 Sauna. There is sheltered balcony. Bed linen sets and towels are available upon request for additional price of 20€/set/person. Remember to request and agree in advance about those. We hope you leave the place in the same condition as you got it. Final cleaning is 150€. If you want to perform the final cleaning by yourself, detailed instructions are available for the final cleaning of the premises. It includes, for example, washing toilets, sweeping and washing the floors, cleaning the kitchen etc. Guest access Less than 2 hrs drive from Helsinki and 35min from Turku. Parainen centre about 20min drive. There is big pier where you can dock also bigger boats. Depth is over 2,2m. You can relax alone, with friends or family or keep team-building days with work groups. At the moment basement of about 100m2 is not in use. Additional summer kitchen available upon separate request. The land is about 6600m2.
