Guests also have access to a shared kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. The space CapSimbay has unique and exceptional ocean views , we are also an NGO that helps stray animals in the area, 20% of each cottage pricing is going toward vaccinations, neutering of stray dogs , providing food and building a refuge in the near future for the old and handicapped animals. Please note that the pool is not functional when its very windy , we cover it as we cant afford to lose our equipment. Our property is located right on the beachfront, which means you may occasionally find some sand on the terrace and even in the pool — especially on windy days. While we clean regularly, the natural elements are part of the charm (and reality) of staying by the sea. If you’re looking for a spotless, sand-free environment, our location may not be the right fit. Other things to note Important Notice: Our property is home to an on-site dog sanctuary. While the dogs are not allowed in guest areas or listings, they are present on the premises and may be seen or heard during your stay. If you have a fear of dogs or are not comfortable around them, we strongly recommend not booking this listing, as we want all guests to feel at ease.
