Cozy house in a quiet villa area with a private parking, barbecue area. The house has 2 floors. The house is very comfortable for families with kids or friends. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms in which 8 people can relax - 2+2+4. Two double bedrooms and one with a fold-out sofa and bunk bed. On the second floor the bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and 2 washbasins, washing machine, hairdryer. The ground floor is access to the terrace. The terrace is under the roof, where you can sit at the table, relax. The guests can use the barbecue. On the first floor, you will find a large living room with kitchen. Shower, toilet is also on the 1st floor. There is a private parking near the house under the roof. Not far from the house there are small restaurants with local cuisine. The space There is a cozy restaurant in a small hotel within a five minutes walk. 1 bus stop or 15 minutes on foot - Billa supermarket and other shops. Other things to note A refundable deposit of 200€ is paid upon check-in.
