Cozy house in a quiet villa area with its own parking, a place for barbecue. The house has 2 floors. The house is very convenient for families with children or for a group of friends. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms where 8 people can rest in peace - 2+2+4. Two bedrooms with double beds and one with a folding sofa and a bunk bed. On the second floor bathroom - bath, toilet and 2 washbasins, washing machine, hairdryer. Ground floor - access to the terrace. A roofed terrace where you can sit at the table, relax. A barbecue is available. On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen. There is also a shower, toilet on the ground floor. There is a private parking lot near the house under the roof. Near the house there are small restaurants with local cuisine. The space Five minutes walk to a cozy restaurant in a small hotel. 1 stop by bus or 15 minutes walk to Billa supermarket and other shops. Other things to note There is a refundable deposit of €200 upon check-in.
