We hope you choose to stay at our beautiful getaway! It’s been recently renovated, ready for you to enjoy, relax, and stay a while! Read a book, watch for wildlife on the deck, or sit around the fire pit. The Franklin area is known for its amazing bike paths, hiking, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. Your rental gear is available in town. You can also visit: within 40 minutes -the Grove City Outlet Mall -Volant shopping & wineries -Wilhelm Winery -Foxburg Wine Cellars & river view dining The space The cabin is comprised of 3 floors with a walk out basement. The top floor hosts a loft style master suite with a queen sized bed, desk/work station, walk in closet, and full bathroom with a Jacuzzi jet tub and shower. The main level consists of an open floor plan. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked, the living room has a floor to ceiling working electric fireplace and comfy seating, and the dining table easily accommodates 6 people. There is also a beautifully remodeled full bathroom with a walk in shower. The spiral staircase then leads you to the walk out basement which has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, and 1 with a bunk bed (full sized bed on the bottom and a twin on the top). There is also a room fully stocked with puzzles, games, and a smaller sized ping pong table. The laundry, which is for you to use, has a washer and dryer. Please note that if you or anyone in your party has difficulties with stairs this home may not be the best fit for you. Also there is no bathroom in the lower level. Guest access -The entire home and its amenities are for you to enjoy! (including any food you find in the pantry) -There is ample parking for at least 3 cars to turn around safely. -We do highly recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle in the winter. The driveway is somewhat long and uphill. Although we do have it plowed, when necessary, prior to your arrival we can't always anticipate snow and also your arrival time. It can be very difficult driving up to the cabin with a heavy snowfall or icy conditions. -Please take note of the 2 sets of staircases in the home. If this is difficult for you, please know this may not work for you. -We strongly discourage infants and young children due to the loft and spiral staircase Other things to note This beautiful cabin is in a private setting with a fire pit, hammock, and extensive decking. It is absolutely perfect for drinking your coffee, glass of wine, reading a book, or watching wildlife.
