Villa Kapela - 100m from sea

Beautiful Villa Kapela is a traditional croatian stonehouse/villa located only 100m from the ocean on the island of Zlarin in the Sibenik archipelago. (approx. 40 min. drive north of Split airport) The villa has recently been renovated by the architect owners. The property is in a beautiful condition, with everything you would need to spend a relaxing holiday with friends and family. The house has aircondition/klima in all four bedrooms. The space First floor: Fully furnished and modern equipped kitchen with wine cooler, dishwasher, 90cm cook top with ventilator, fridge/freeze, and stone cook tops. Dining table seating 8-10 people, a lounge area, hall with fire place and bathroom. Second floor: Two large bedrooms with double beds (180cm x 200cm) and a lounge/work place. Both bedrooms have aircondition. Third floor: Two large bedrooms with double beds (180cm x 200cm) and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have aircondition. Garden/courtyard: Fully furnished, private back yard with dining table, lounge furniture and a barbeque grill. Guest access You can reach the island of Zlarin by regular ferry lines from Sibenik or Vodice. The ferry is operated by Jadrolinja, tickets can be bought by the ferry on online. You can also take a taxi boat from Sibenik or any other surronding city/island. The ferry ride is only 20 minutes from the mainland. On the island of Zlarin, everything you need is in walking distance, either you would like dine at restaurants, swim in the beautiful, turquoise water, go kayaking, hiking, mountain climbing, sunbathing, doing yoga og just stroll the harbor side and have a coffee or a glass of wine at any of the local bars/restaurants. Zlarin is a car-free island, so it is great for families with children. During the summer months there are lots of activities for children, and a activity calendar is available at the tourist office or online. Zlarin has a supermarket and a small fish market and as well as ice cream shops and kiosks. There are several restaurants on the island, from the renoved Konoba Prsilika and Konoba Aldura to smaller pizza places and beach bars. Zlarin was origianlly known for its corals, and has its own coral museum located on the same street as the house. While staying on Zlarin, uou can also reach the nearby Krka National Park, the historic old city town of Sibenik, or visit the local wineries nearby.
