This elegant double AC room with balcony is located in a beautiful beach villa with only 2 rooms to let. Built in a traditional Keralan style, with a huge garden, only 100 meters from the beach. Extremely peaceful and green neighborhood by the gorgeous Marari Beach, one of the most beautiful tropical beaches in India. Free breakfast and wifi access. Delicious homely meals available by order (veg, fresh fish, sea food, chicken). Car parking available outside the gate. The space An elegant AC double room with fan. Balcony facing the garden, with a private entry, on the first floor of a Keralan style villa. We give only 2 rooms for guests on an entirely separate floor, with large terraces and seating areas. Rooms are very private. House is located at 1 minute walk from the gorgeous Marari beach, surrounded by an old mango groove, away from the road. Very safe area. Guest access Guests have full access to their private first floor, which has 2 rooms facing 2 different sides with separate balconies. The balconies are connected by a corridor, so it is perfect for families as well. The hosts, a family of 4 members, stay on the ground floor. They can also enjoy our garden with hammacks and eat meals under our cinammon tree. During your stay Biju and his family are always there available to serve you free breakfast, make you tea or coffee, clean your room when needed, prepare a meal, call a taxi or rikshaw and organize sightseeing and ayurvedic treatment. They stay at the ground floor, but you can always come down with any issue. Other things to note Laundry service is available. Our chef Sunita cooks excellent homely meals, veg and non veg, with fresh fish and sea food directly purchased from the fishing boats. Free open car parking is just outside our gate. We rent scooters and organize boating on the famous Keralan backwaters. The beach is very long and vast with white sand, safe for swimming and tourist friendly. By rikshaw you will easily get to nearby old hindu temples accessible to foreigners also, few shops with essentials are at a walking distance, as well as an ayurvedic massage center.
