The bedrooms and all internal environments are equipped with air conditioners. It has a front and back patio. There is parking space for two vehicles that is in front of the house with a surveillance camera and guard. Reason for visit and identification cards (IDs) of all guests are required. The space -The guest who makes the reservation is 100% responsible for the number of guests who come to visit and must read and agree with all the established rules. -Maximum number of guests is 8. Additional charges apply after 3 guests for each additional guest. -Those who sleepover and are not initially registered will have additional charges. It has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor: Bedroom #1 with 1 full size bed. Bedroom # 2 with 1 twin bed plus a bunk bed, all twin size. Bedroom # 3 with 1 twin bed plus a bunk bed with twin size beds. All rooms have a large mirror, closet and drawers to store clothes. It has a single full bathroom upstairs for the 3 bedrooms, a half bathroom downstairs for visitors, and another full bathroom in the laundry room. Laundry is included for visits of more than 7 days. On the ground floor there is a porch, living room, dining room, kitchen, large backyard and laundry room.
