Guest access Entire property and private terrace garden. Access is through the front door of the property . A coded keysafe is attached to the right hand side of the front door. The key to the front door is in this keysafe . The key code will be sent to you a day before your stay. There is no parking actually at the property however, we can provide one 24 hour scratch card for use at Motherby Lane and Flaxengate for the Council car parks not the NCP. This scratch card will be left at the house by prior arrangement with the host. After 17.30 hrs you can park free of charge in St Martins Square which is a 2 minute walk . This is free on a Sunday too. Please note that Traffic Wardens are constantly vigilant in the car parking areas. You can unload and drop off outside the house, but please be careful of uneven road surfaces on the steep hill. Other things to note House Rules You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. No smoking or vaping in the house. No parties or large gatherings. Please be respectful of our neighbours with regard to noise after 11pm . No bookings under the age of 18 years of age.
