North Oxford Garden Annexe

Light, self-contained annexe for one person, with own separate entrance. Off-road parking. We prefer long term bookings, but will accept a minimum of 7 nights at short notice. Because we work at home, teaching singing, the annexe is an ideal base for a working person who is out most of the day. The space The studio is self-sufficient, with en-suite bathroom, mini-cooker/oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron and hoover, plus Wifi connection and off-road parking. There are very frequent buses to the city centre, and the studio is well placed to get in and out of Oxford by car, or by train - Oxford Parkway station, with regular trains to London, is a 5-minute bus ride or 20-minute walk. The Summertown shops, with several restaurants and three supermarkets, are a 10-15 minute walk away. Other things to note The front of the house is on a busy road, but the studio is at the back, and many guests have commented on how quiet and peaceful it is. Please note that there are no extra chares for water, electricity, wifi or taxes: everything is included in the price.
