2 Bedroom, Full upper Apt - centrally located

This quaint house is set back from the road, so traffic noise is quiet, but it is an upper apartment, so you may need to be considerate or accommodating of neighbors. A 20 min drive away from any of the great places in the Buffalo area. 5 min from all the local hwy's, 32 min to the Falls, 5 min drive to the stadium. It was built in the 40's by our grandmother, and while we have done much renovations, it is still an old house with all the character and peccadillos. The space This is an old family house that has been well loved. This apartment includes a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, with queen beds, living room, and bathroom. It is an upstairs flat. It includes in-unit laundry at no extra cost. All linens and necessities are included. The bathroom has full shower and tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans and utensils for cooking. As with all homes, there will always be something that needs renovations here. So if you are looking for 5 star sterile accommodations, our home is not it. But I can assure you that it is clean, and comfortable. There is a parking space behind the house. More street parking is available on the side street 3 houses away. 35 minute drive to Niagara Falls. 5 min drive to the Bills Stadium 10 min to Our Lady of Victory Basilica 10 min to West Seneca 20 min to Williamsville 15 min to East Aurora 5 min to Orchard Park Guest access The upper and lower apartments have a common side entrance, however each apartment has it's own interior door. They keypads allow multiple codes, so although both upper and lower apartments codes will work on the exterior door, the opposite code will not work on the other interior door. Upstairs you will find everything that you need to feel at home. Each room, including the kitchen have doors that close. Nestled in it's own closet you will find the laundry (no extra cost). On the front and back of the house you have access to both upper porches, to watch a sunrise or sunset. This is an old house, so some of the doors have warped a bit and require some strength or finesse to open them, but they do all work. Other things to note The summer time air-conditioning is window units. Guests occasionally ask about the "entire space" category. This house is a duplex. It holds two "apartments". This listing is for the entire 2nd floor apartment. When you message me to request a reservation please include a general idea of what time of day you will be arriving, how many cars you will be bringing, and a general idea of your stay at the apartment.
