Our award-winning home is beautifully designed, featuring all modern features, and your own private bedroom & bathroom. A perfect environment for couples, solo, and business travellers with your own private bedroom and bathroom facilities. Just a 4min walk to the beach, explore the breathtaking views our state has to offer. Enjoy a delightful stroll with your morning coffee or chat with your hosts, who are always happy to share local knowledge and guide you through your journey. The space Experience the best of what our home has to offer. Perfectly positioned only 5mins walk to beach, cafes, restaurants, hotels, supermarket and eclectic fashion and gift shops. The room has a queen size bed with beautiful Egyptian cotton sheets, a wall mounted Smart TV (with Netflix, Spotify etc) and a separate bathroom with full bath and separate toilet and vanity. All situated at one end of the house so that your privacy can be respected. In winter we have a cosy slow combustion fire going most days which you are welcome to share , otherwise the reverse cycle air conditioning can be on to keep your own living space comfortable. The washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience as well as an iron and ironing board. Other things to note Happy to consider longer stay if required or FIFO style accommodation. We have a small spoodle, Basil, who is friendly but well behaved! He will not come near your living area unless you wish to say hello to him. There may be occasions depending on when you book, that we are away and you will have the house to yourself. The bus into the city is a 1min walk from our house, the beach a 4min walk, Glenelg shopping precinct and tram to the city is a 15min walk and the local restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy are all within a 7min walk.
